Enclaves del Parque Científico y Tecnológico Aula Dei

The Aula Dei Scientific and Technological Park (PCTAD) is located in three different geographical areas:

Aula Dei Campus

Located on the outskirts of Zaragoza, at Avda. Montañana 930, the Aula Dei campus is where the main research institutions that make up the Scientific Park are located.

Enclave of Ejea de los Caballeros: Polígono Industrial Valdeferrín

The Polígono Valdeferrín at Ejea de los Caballeros forms a dynamic infrastructure with 913,000 m2 of industrial land, of which more than 500,000 m2 have the PCTAD qualification. The industrial area houses mainly companies from the Agri-food sector. It has an EXIÓN Business Centre, where the regional Headquarters of PCTAD are located and offers areas for companies.

Enclave of San Mateo de Gallego: Polígono Industrial Río Gallego

The main building of the PCTAD is planned to be built at the enclave of San Mateo de Gallego, and it will have two areas. The first one has a surface area of 54,000 m2 for innovative companies of the agri-food, environmental, biotechnology and other technologies sectors. The second one has a surface area of 1,170,000 m2 where the project “Ciudad de la Idea” (City of the Idea) and “Ciencia, innovación, tecnología y desarrollo empresarial de Aragón” (Science, innovation, technology and business development of Aragon) ZITIDEA will be developed for both large companies and small innovative Start-up companies with R&D&i activity. Zitidea will have a special preference for companies of the Biotechnology, Renewable Energy and Nanotechnology sector.
